The "makateeb = message" pattern originates from Gaza in the 1800s. The SEP Artists have chosen it for its symbolic meaning and have added their own artistic touch: many of the "messages" are incomplete - in memory of the children lost since October 7th. For each mini-Makateeb keffiyeh sold, we donate 10€ to the PCRF, Palestine Children Relief Fund.
A limited-edition take on a timeless icon.
Each Mini Keffiyeh is triangle-shaped, featuring a base colour of your choice and finished with hand-embroidered SEP patterns on one corner — no two are exactly alike.
Crafted in Jordan and embroidered by artists in the Jerash Camp, every piece carries a story of heritage and impact. Made from a high-performance polyester-acrylic blend, this keffiyeh is built for versatility: lightweight and breathable in the heat, warm and protective when temperatures drop.Size: 65x65x110cm
